Thanks for bringing up this subject and the documentary… I haven’t heard of this specific case or the docu. What came to mind was the case involving a man inadvertently photographed by a journalist. This photo supposedly caused him distress over the potential (mis)interpretation of him as recently exiting a hotel and therefore potentially cheating on his wife–something like that. The crazy part was it being ruled in his favour.
